WoolWash – Lavender

Finish your new wool project with washing and blocking using my handmade soap.

My wool wash, containing organic olive oil, coconut oil, and lanolin, really takes care of your handknit items. The lanolin also helps with softening the wool and making outdoor clothing more water repellent.

With the lavender scent, your handknits won’t only smell lovely, but also help to keep the moths away 🙂

How to use:

1. Dissolve some soap in warm water by rubbing the bar (you can also grate some of the bar into flakes if you like)
2. Pour soap solution into a washbasin and add more water if needed to cover your item.
3. Wash and block your garment as usual. This soap needs to be rinsed!

Ingredients: olive oil*, coconut oil*, water, lye, lanolin*, essential lavender oil*
