The beautiful sheep that these coats belonged to are kept in a really animal-friendly and sustainable way! A local shepherd has a big flock of all kinds of sheep which are used in nature reserves and are kept outdoors for most of the year. We love his attention to rare sheep breeds, as well as making sure that the breeds that he has, are kept pure.
This is another native Dutch breed, mainly kept for meat. There is so much wool going to waste..
This yarn is 100% Swifter wool and a DK weight with about 138m per 50g. Perfect for socks or hats, it’s quite durable!
