Clay Resist + Indigo Project Bag 3

Luxurious drawstring project bag, big enough for a sweater or shawl project!

Handmade in my studio, I used soft organic linen for the exterior featuring a unique design painted on the bag using clay. The linen is then dipped into my indigo vat, with the clay creating a cool resist.

The lining fabric is the same linen, but in it’s natural shade. The interfacing is 100% cotton, which gives the bag its softness and protects whatever you carry in it.

The inside of the bag features two pockets. Fill it with your needles, patterns, phone and get a matching notions pouch! Inside the bag, there is also a cotton loop. You could attach a ring to it to hold your stitch markers or thread your yarn through the loop to prevent tangling.

To finish it off, the drawstring is a linen cord as well. I use organic cotton thread when sewing.
